Destination management Given our many years of experi- ence, we know every major Ger- man city and regions, and we have an excellent knowledge of local services. We help you to plan and organise your event on-site. In addition to finding the right hotel, we arrange all transfers, employ well-trained hostesses and find the right venues for evening events. Association management Association management includes among others membership admin- istration, maintenance of a tailored database with details of all con- tacts, members and functionaries, the collection of membership fees, forward-looking financial adminis- tration and an in-depth understand- ing of the tax conditions that apply to a scientific organisation. We manage the secretary office within your association.
