162 Congress Information e Speakers' Preview Room The Speakers' Preview Room is located in Room Darwin on Level 0 of the CCB. If you are a speaker and have not uploaded your presentation prior to the congress, please turn to the technical staff in Room Darwin for a late upload. This is possible one day before presentation, but at the latest three hours prior to the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own note- book. In the Speakers' Preview Room there are several PC working stations, where spea- kers can work on their presentation charts in a quiet area. Technical staff will be happy to assist. Opening hours Sunday 4 Sept 2022 08:00 – 18:00 Monday 5 Sept 2022 08:00 – 18:00 Tuesday 6 Sept 2022 08:00 – 18:00 Wednesday 7 Sept 2022 08:00 – 17:30 e Poster Exhibition Poster sessions will be held from Sunday, 4 September to Wednesday, 7 September 2022 in Hall 4.1 of the CCB. These sessions offer an effective forum for the exchange of information and a means to communica- te ideas, research and programmes. Poster authors are required to be available for ques- tions and further information at their poster board during the morning session break (09:30–10:30) from Sunday to Wednesday. Posters are changed daily and are on display for the entire day of the respective poster session. They are sorted by topics and will be num- bered within those topics. The best posters of each topic will be presented during the afternoon coffee break (16:45–17:15 Sun- day–Monday, 13:15–13:45 and 16:00–16:30 on Wednesday in the Foyer on the 2 nd Floor at the E-Poster terminals). The poster exhibi- tion is open to all registered delegates: Poster Discussion Times for e PS-01 to PS-06 Sunday, 4 Sept 2022: 09:30 – 10:30 e PS-07 to PS-10 Monday, 5 Sept 2022: 09:30 – 10:30 e PS-11 to PS-17 Tuesday, 6 Sept 2022: 09:30 – 10:30 e PS-18 to PS-26 Wednesday, 7 Sept 2022: 09:30 – 10:30 Interested participants can meet the authors for discussions of their poster presentation during the time of the poster presentation. Posters need to be put up and dismantled on the day of the respective poster session wit- hin the following times: Set-up: Sunday 4 Sept 2022 07:30 – 09:00 Monday 5 Sept 2022 07:30 – 09:00 Tuesday 6 Sept 2022 07:30 – 09:00 Wednesday 7 Sept 2022 07:30 – 09:00 Dismantling: 17:00–18:00 on the day of the presentation. Posters which have not been removed within the indicated dismantling time will be dis- posed of. e E-Posters E-Posters will be available on E-Poster Ter- minals in the Foyer on the 2 nd Floor. All E-Poster authors and poster presenters have been invited to upload their poster prior to the ECP 2022. All uploaded E-Posters can be searched for and viewed electronically on the 8 terminals from Sunday, 4 September to Wednesday, 7 September.
