163 ECP 2022 Basel Congress Information e Technical Exhibition The 34 th ECP will be accompanied by a major technical exhibition taking place in Hall 4.1 and the Foyer on the 2 nd Floor of the Congress Center Basel. Exhibition hours Saturday 3 Sept 2022 20:00 – 22:00 Sunday 4 Sept 2022 09:00 – 17:15 Monday 5 Sept 2022 09:00 – 17:15 Tuesday 6 Sept 2022 09:00 – 17:15 e WiFi WiFi areas in the foyers and exhibition allow easy access to the Internet. Please select the WiFi network ECP2022 , the password is also ECP2022 . e Coffee Breaks Coffee and tea will be served free of charge to all registered delegates during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, 09:30–10:30 and 16:45–17:15, from Sunday, 4 Septem- ber through Tuesday, 6 September and from 09:30–10:30 and 16:00–16:30 on Wednes- day, 7 September. Coffee stations are located in Hall 4.1 and the Foyer on the 2 nd Floor. e Lunch Breaks Lunch is served from 13:00 to 14:30 from Sun- day, 4 September through Tuesday, 6 Septem- ber 2022 and 13:00 to 14:00 on Wednesday, 7 September 2022. The catering stations are located in Hall 4.1 and the Foyer on the 2 nd Floor. e Prayer Room The Prayer Room is located in Hall 4.1 behind the Poster Area. e Cloakroom A cloakroom can be used free of charge from Saturday, 3 September, early evening, toWed- nesday, 7 September 2022. Participants can also store their luggage here. The cloak- room is located in the entrance area, near the escalator to the Exhibition Hall 4.1. e Car Park The Congress Center Basel has its own car park including 1200 parking spaces. The price for 24 hours is CHF 50.00. e First Aid First Aid will be provided during ECP tenancy hours at the Congress Center Basel. In case of emergency, please contact the staff at the congress counter. e Insurance / Liability The ESP does not accept any liability for da- mages and/or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the congress participants or by any person accompanying them, during either the official activities or excursions. Delegates participate in all tours/events at their own risk. Participants are advised to take out insurance against loss, accidents or damage that could be incurred during the congress. e General Conditions The General Conditions published at www.esp-congress.org apply. e Health and Safety For the sake of all congress participants’ health and safety and to slow the spread of COVID-19, the ESP recommends e to wear a face mask in closed areas e get tested if you develop symptoms during the event e wash and sanitize hands often e avoid hand-shaking Keep on keeping your distance!
