Registration Fee for ESP Members, Non-Members, Residents and PhD students includes: e Admission to all scientific sessions e Admission to Opening Ceremony and Networking Reception e Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition e Coffee breaks and lunches from Sunday to Wednesday e Congress material (delegate bag, final programme, abstract book, etc.) e Access to all sessions on demand (until 7 October 2022 for non-members or 7 December 2022 for ESP members) Registration Fee for the additional One-Day Symposia includes: e Admission to all scientific sessions of the respective Symposium e Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition on the day of the Symposium e Coffee break and lunch on the day of the Symposium e Access to all symposium-related on demand content (until 1 month after the congress) Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes: e Admission to Networking Reception on Saturday, 3 September 2022 e Sightseeing Tour of Basel Please note that accompanying persons do neither have access to scientific sessions nor to the exhibition/poster area. Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis; priority will be given to pre-registered delegates. e Confirmation Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please note that the member fee can only be granted if you are a member of the ESP at the time of registration. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first, and once you have received your ESP membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee. ** For residents / PhD students under 40 (i.e. born after 3 September 1982 – to be proven by ID card / passport). The resident / student status must be confirmed by a formal declaration from the head of department or the responsible for the training programme. All documents need to be uploaded during the registration process. *** Participants with full ECP registration can attend this symposium at no extra cost. All registration fees are exempt from VAT.
