The Question & Answer tool is available in all parallel session rooms. e Speakers' Preview Room The Speakers' Preview Room is located in Liffey Meeting Room 1 on the 1st Floor of the CCD. If you are a speaker and have not uploaded your presentation prior to the congress, please turn to the technical staff in Liffey Meeting Room 1 for a late upload. This is possible one day before presenta- tion, but at the latest three hours prior to the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own note- book. In the Speakers' Preview Room there are se- veral PC working stations, where speakers can work on their presentation charts in a quiet area. Technical staff will be happy to assist. Opening hours Sunday 10 Sept 2023 08:00 – 18:00 Monday 11 Sept 2023 08:00 – 18:00 Tuesday 12 Sept 2023 08:00 – 18:00 Wednesday 13 Sept 2023 08:00 – 17:30 e Poster Exhibition Poster sessions will be held from Sunday, 10 September to Wednesday, 13 September 2023 in the Forum (Ground Floor) and in the Foyer on the 3rd Floor of the (CCD). These sessions offer an effective forum for the exchange of information and a means to communicate ideas, research and program- mes. Poster authors are required to be avail- able for questions and further information at their poster board during the morning session break (09:30–10:30) from Sunday to Wednesday. Posters are changed daily and are on display for the entire day of the re- spective poster session. They are sorted by topics and will be num- bered within those topics. The best posters of each topic will be presented during the afternoon coffee break (16:45–17:15 Sun- day–Monday, 13:15–13:45 and 16:00–16:30 on Wednesday in the Forum of the CCD at the E-Poster terminals).
