Posters need to be put up and dismantled on the day of the respective poster session wit- hin the following times: Set-up: Sunday 10 Sept 2023 07:30 – 09:00 Monday 11 Sept 2023 07:30 – 09:00 Tuesday 12 Sept 2023 07:30 – 09:00 Wednesday 13 Sept 2023 07:30 – 09:00 Dismantling: 17:00–18:00 on the day of the presentation. Posters which have not been removed within the indicated dismantling time will be dis- posed of. e E-Posters E-Posters will be available on E-Poster Termi- nals in the Foyer on the 3rd Floor of the CCD. All E-Poster authors and poster presenters have been invited to upload their poster pri- or to the ECP 2023. All uploaded E-Posters can be searched for and viewed electronical- ly on the 6 terminals from Sunday, 10 Septem- ber to Wednesday, 13 September 2023. e Technical Exhibition The 35 th ECP will be accompanied by a major technical exhibition taking place in the Forum and various Foyers of the CCD. Exhibition hours Saturday 9 Sept 2023 20:00 – 22:00 Sunday 10 Sept 2023 09:00 – 17:15 Monday 11 Sept 2023 09:00 – 17:15 Tuesday 12 Sept 2023 09:00 – 17:15 e WiFi WiFi areas in the foyers and exhibition allow easy access to the Internet. Please select the WiFi network ECP2023 , the password is also ecp-2023 . e Coffee Breaks Coffee and tea will be served free of charge to all registered delegates during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, 09:30–10:30 and 16:45–17:15, from Sunday, 10 September through Tuesday, 12 September and from 09:30–10:30 and 16:00–16:30 on Wednes- day, 13 September. Coffee stations are loca- ted in the Forum and the various Foyers of the CCD. e Lunch Breaks Lunch is served from 13:00 to 14:30 from Sun- day, 10 September through Tuesday, 12 Sep- tember 2023 and 13:00 to 14:00 on Wednes- day, 13 September 2023. The catering stations are located in the Forum of the CCD. e Prayer Room The Prayer Room is located on the 3rd Floor, please ask a member of CCD staff for direc- tions. e Cloakroom A cloakroom can be used free of charge from Saturday, 9 September, early evening, to Wednesday, 13 September 2023. Partici- pants can also store their luggage here. The cloakroom is located in the entrance area of the CCD. e Car Park The Convention Centre Dublin has its own car park including 320 parking spaces and over 2.300 spaces in car parks near the CCD. The price for 24 hours is EUR 30. e First Aid First Aid will be provided during ECP tenan- cy hours at the Convention Centre Dublin.
