37 Cloak Room The cloak room is located next to con- ference room 2A on the second floor of the Empire Riverside Hotel Hamburg. Opening Hours Tuesday, May 2 07:45 am – 06:45 pm Wednesday, May 3 08:00 am – 06:45 pm Thursday, May 4 08:30 am – 1:30 pm ePoster Terminals The eposter terminals are located in the rooms Conference 3C and Conference 3D on the third floor. All eposters will be available at the 3 terminals during the entire conference. The eposters will be presented by the au- thors during the poster session on: Tuesday, May 2 04:15 pm – 06:15 pm Wednesday, May 3 04:30 pm – 06:30 pm Coffee Breaks and Beverages Coffee and tea will be served to all regis- tered delegates during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks from May 2 to May 4. Coffee bar stations are located in the foyers of the second and third floor. Mineral water and apple juice is available during the entire conference day in the session room and the foyers. Lunch A lunch buffet will be served to all regis- tered delegates during the lunch breaks on Tuesday, May 2, and Friday, May 3, in the foyers of the second and third floor. Certificate of Attendance FromMay 5, you will be able to create your certificate of attendance and your CME certificate via our certification portal on the congress website https://ismrc-symposium.eu/ . First, please fill out the evaluation form for the event and indicate your EFN num- ber (if available). You will then receive the documents by e-mail for the sessions you have visited.
