39 Insurance The conference fee does not include an insurance. All participants are advised to arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of residence. General Conditions The General Terms and Conditions of the ISMRC 2023 are listed on the symposium website. First Aid In case of emergency, please contact the staff at the registration counter or the hotel reception. Arrival by Car If you are traveling by car, you can reach the venue via the A7 freeway, exit 352 in the direction of Hamburg/Bremen, then follow the signs in the direction of Lü- beck/Berlin/Hamburg on the A1 freeway. Continue in the direction of HH-Centrum/ HH-Veddel/HH-Georgswerder/B4/B75. Follow the B4 until Bernhard-Nocht- Straße. A public underground parking is located directly under the Hotel. The charge is € 20 for 24 hours. Unfor- tunately it is not possible to reserve a parking spot in advance. The height and width of the driveway are 2 metres. Arrival by Public Transport The venue can be easily reached by vari- ous rapid trains and buses from all loca- tions in Hamburg. Use the journey plan- ner of the Hamburger Verkehrsverbund for your planning: https://www.hvv.de/en . Arrival by Plane From the Hamburg Airport, take the S-Bahn line S1 to Reeperbahn station. From there you will reach the hotel in 5 minutes (350 m). Alternatively you can take a cab.
