CURRENCY
The Danish currency is the Danish Krone (DKK). The Dan-
ish Krone is pegged to the Euro and convertible on world
currency markets. The exchange rate fluctuates daily de-
pending on the money market.

The entry formalities for Denmark vary according to the
country of origin. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Den-
mark provides a list of countries that require a visa to enter

Please note that the congress fee does not include insur-
ance. All participants should arrange for their own insur-
ance. Health and accident insurance is strongly recom-
mended and will need to be purchased in the country of
origin.
FORCE MAJEURE
For reasons beyond its control (such as war, strikes, lock-
outs, riots or any such civil disturbances, any natural disas-
ter, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods,
droughts and typhoons and any other cause of circum-
stance of whatsoever nature beyond control) that have an
impact on the arrangements, timetables or planning of the

has the right to immediately alter or cancel the activities or
events or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or oth-
er items relating directly or indirectly thereto. No party in-

Copenhagen is in the oceanic climate zone. Summer
months are moderately warm and quite pleasant. June is
the sunniest month of the year with an average of about
eight hours of sunshine a day and the temperature varies
between 11°c (52 °F) and 19°c (66°F).
COPENHAGEN INFORMATION COUNTER
A Copenhagen Information Counter is located in the reg-
istration area and open during the congress. Please con-
tact the staff for city information on Copenhagen or reser-
vations.
HOW TO GET TO THE BELLA CENTRE
Public transportation in Copenhagen is reliable, punctual,
and it goes everywhere in the city. In Copenhagen the
trains, metro and busses (including waterbuses) can be ac-
cessed with the same ticket. All you need to know is how
many zones you will pass on your journey.
HOWTO GET FROM COPENHAGEN CITY CENTRE TO
THE BELLA CENTER
By Metro
It only takes a few minutes to get from the centre
of Copenhagen (metro stops Nørreport and Kongens
Nytorv) to Bella Center. Take Metro line M1, directionVes-
tamager and get off at “Bella Center” – the stop is located
by Bella Center's east entrance.
By Train
Take an S-train (any line) to Nørreport and con-
nect to Metro line M1, direction Vestamager. Get off at
“Bella Center”.
By Bus
Take bus line 30 from Copenhagen Central Station
– travel time is approx. 20-25 minutes.
By Taxi
Bella Center is just a 10 – 15 minute taxi drive
from Copenhagen Central Station and not more than 10
minutes from Copenhagen Airport. A taxi from Bella Cen-
ter to the city centre costs about DKK 200-250. A taxi
from Bella Center to Copenhagen Airport costs about DKK
150-200.
Shuttle Bus from/ to Airport
Bella Center offers a compli-
mentary shuttle bus connecting Copenhagen Airport with
Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and AC Hotel Bella
Sky Copenhagen.
It runs twice an hour and is offered on a first come first
served basis for hotel and conference guests.
