Poster Exhibition
Posters will be displayed from Thursday,
26 November, until Saturday, 28 November
in Hall Helsinki 1 / 2. The poster exhibition is
sorted by thematic groups.
There will be poster tours from 13.30–15.00 h
on Thursday, 26 November, and Friday, 27 No-
vember, that will be guided by a chair person.
ePosters are part of these poster tours.
ePoster terminals are located in close prox-
imity to the poster walls.
Job market for Hospitals and Clinics
Psychiatric clinics and educational institu-
tions will present themselves from Wednes-
day to Saturday in a poster exhibition in the
foyer of Hall 7 in order to provide informa-
tion about future perspectives, qualification
opportunities and job openings.

Internet Service Center
The Internet Service Center is located
in Hall B.
Free WiFi access is available in the foyers of
the CityCube Berlin and the big halls.

Lunch
For congress participants a lunch snack will
be provided free of charge in Hall B and Foy-
er A on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
Saturday from 12.00 – 14.00 h.
Media Center
The Media Center is located in Foyer A.
Speakers are asked to hand in their presen-
tation on a CD-ROM, USB stick or notebook
at the latest 3 hours prior to their presenta-
tion. Our technical staff will be glad to assist
you. The presentation will be transferred to
the central congress server and will be avail-
able on a special congress notebook in the
hall of the presentation. Due to time and
technical reasons we kindly ask speakers not
to use their own notebook.

Name Badges
All participants are asked to wear their name
badge at all times during the Congress. Se-
curity staff have the obligation to enforce
the wearing of the badges. The colours of
the name badge have the following signif-

The full registration fee must be paid to
acquire a new name badge in case that the
name badge is lost.
Networkimg Reception
All congress participants are cordially
invited to take part in the Networking
Reception, which will take place on
Wednesday, 25 November 2015 at 19.00 h
at the Marshall-Haus in the Garden of the
Messe Berlin.
Drinks and snacks will be offered.

Parking spaces are available at the CityCube
Berlin.
Parking fee: EUR 7,50 per day
